Continuity between crèche, nursery school and primary school

 

Teachers schedule some meetings to exchange and share some information about:

• Children (there's an updated flow of information about them)

• Projects and special activities that have been carried out

• Planning and promoting new common activities, such as games and experiences for continuity between crèche, nursery school and primary school, aiming at a gradual, non-shocking inclusion of children into the following school stage.
