Staff organization

The whole staff (teachers, janitors, cooks and volunteers) closely cooperates with families; together with children themselves, everybody respects everybody's roles and needs for an effective educational interaction.

SCHOOL – FAMILY - TERRITORY

School-family relationship is focused on some key-points:

  • providing families with clear and readable information

  • evaluating the effectiveness of the proposals

  • reporting regularly the progresses of each pupil

  • supporting and integrating special needs people

The relationship with the territory and its institutions is based on:

  • membership in FISM

  • Project Sharing with other similar Preschools and diocesan

  • Membership in the Terre d'Argine Union of Municipalities meetings

  • Workshop activities and visits to museums, recreation centers, libraries

  • Collaboration with the local police

  • Sports activities with the Italian Sports Center
